Welcome to phtaha. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and phtaha ("We", "Us", "Our", "Company", "Platform"), governing your access to and use of the phtaha online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the phtaha website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phtaha complies with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your location.

1.3 Account Creation

To access certain features of phtaha, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You are permitted to maintain only one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

1.4 Verification Requirements

As part of our compliance with Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, phtaha reserves the right to conduct identity verification procedures at any time. You agree to provide any requested documentation, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, within the timeframe specified by phtaha. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in suspension or termination of your account and withholding of funds pending completion of verification.

2. Account Security and Responsibilities

2.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaha account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to notify phtaha immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phtaha shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

2.2 Account Activity

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your phtaha account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to monitor your account regularly and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity to phtaha customer support without delay. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions executed through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to keep all account information current and accurate. If any of your registration details change, including your email address, phone number, or residential address, you must update your account information immediately through the account settings dashboard or by contacting customer support. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods

phtaha accepts deposits via multiple payment channels, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine financial institutions, and credit or debit card transactions. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary depending on the selected payment method. phtaha reserves the right to modify, add, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with phtaha's standard procedures and are subject to identity verification, fraud prevention checks, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of request submission, though processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and the completeness of your account verification. phtaha reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawal requests if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

Funds deposited into your phtaha account must be wagered at least one (1) time before becoming eligible for withdrawal. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to prevent the use of phtaha as a payment processing service. Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms and conditions.

3.4 Transaction Fees

phtaha does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals processed through the platform. However, third-party payment providers (such as banks, GCash, or PayMaya) may impose their own fees, and you are solely responsible for any such charges. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method operates in a currency other than Philippine Peso.

3.5 Responsible Gaming Limits

Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period of at least seventy-two (72) hours. 4.3 Malfunctions and Errors

If a game malfunction results in incorrect payouts, phtaha reserves the right to correct the error and adjust player account balances accordingly. 4.4 Prohibited Betting Strategies

You agree not to employ any betting strategies that exploit technical vulnerabilities, take advantage of game malfunctions, engage in collusion with other players, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software or bots, chip dumping, and any form of cheating or fraud. Violation of this provision may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

5.1 Promotional Terms

phtaha offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to players from time to time. Each promotional offer is governed by specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. These promotional terms are published on the phtaha website and form part of this Agreement. By participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by the applicable promotional terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

phtaha prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, betting in patterns designed solely to clear bonus requirements without genuine gaming risk, or any other conduct that violates the spirit of the promotional offer. phtaha reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and promotional credits are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds will be forfeited. phtaha will clearly display your bonus balance, real money balance, and remaining wagering requirements in your account dashboard.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the phtaha platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, game designs, and the overall "look and feel" of the Services, are owned by phtaha or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that phtaha and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, phtaha grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any portion of the phtaha platform or its content without express written permission from phtaha.

6.3 Trademarks

"phtaha" and all related logos, product names, and service names are trademarks or registered trademarks of phtaha in the Philippines and other jurisdictions. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent from phtaha. All third-party trademarks appearing on the phtaha platform are the property of their respective owners.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using phtaha Services:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or account verification;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;
• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, phtaha systems, or networks;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to access or interact with the Services;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordination with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phtaha staff through chat, messaging, or other communication channels;
• Uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the phtaha platform;
• Circumventing any security or access control measures implemented by phtaha;
• Scraping, data mining, or extracting data from the phtaha website without authorization.

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

phtaha reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to phtaha or other users. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked, and any remaining account balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. If your account is terminated for cause, phtaha may withhold any funds pending investigation and resolution of the violation.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

phtaha supports responsible gaming and offers self-exclusion options for players who wish to take a break from online gambling. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phtaha, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if phtaha has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall phtaha's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The phtaha platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content not owned or controlled by phtaha. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, and you acknowledge that phtaha is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are governed solely by the terms and policies of those third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of phtaha Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, you agree to first contact phtaha customer support in good faith to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings in accordance with the procedures set forth in this section.

9.3 PAGCOR Regulatory Oversight

phtaha operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). If you believe that phtaha has acted in violation of PAGCOR regulations or these Terms, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with their published procedures. 9.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in court or arbitration, shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against phtaha.

10. Changes to Terms and Communications

10.1 Amendments

phtaha reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the phtaha Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phtaha regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
